What a day, what a show? An early start from Meigh at 9.30am of a Sunday morning didn’t dampen the spirits of 28 of our P6 & P7 choir who performed at the Peace Proms at the SSE Arena, Belfast today. As part of a 4000 strong primary school choir they lifted the roof on a memorable afternoon singing along with the Cross Border of Ireland Peace Orchestra of which our very own staff member Miss Niamh Dowdall is a member. Massive thank you to both Miss Niamh and our music coordinator Mrs Garvey for organising and preparing our pupils so well for today’s show. It was just amazing with wonderful memories created by all.
