P6 Trip to Newry Museum

18th Jun 2017

P6 enjoyed a great day out at Newry Museum where we got the opportunity to become archaeologists and carry out specials digs, discovering items from the Victorian and Tudor era. Old maps, jewellery, pieces of fur and even a cannonball turned up!

We also got to explore the museum and see the excavations they have carried out and finished off by making our own clay pots. We would recommend a visit over the summer holidays!
