P6 had a very special visitor to class recently - Mrs Brennan called in to help deliver a fantastic, practical Maths lesson which required the pupils to work on their estimation and construction skills as they attempted to make the longest piece of paper they could out of scrap A4 paper using only scissors and sellotape. The competition was fierce with winning team constructing a piece over 16m long! One lucky pupil also received a lovely jar of marshmallows for estimating the closest to the actual amount in the jar! Call again Mrs. Brennan we had great fun ☺️
